The Youth Services Unit provides funding for over 175 youth delegate agencies. These delegate agencies provide services such as: out of school time, child and adolescent counseling, mentoring, homeless outreach and delegate agency training. The agencies reach out to over 10,000 youth annually. The Youth Services staff provide technical support and build capacity of our delegate agencies.
